- How can I pay?
- Cash and cheques (with guarantee card) are acceptable. Subsequent payments
are best made by standing order.
- CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
- Proof of Identity?
- Passport, photo-driver's licence, recent (less than 3 months old) utility
bills are acceptable proofs of your identity
- Can I rent for a short time?
- The shortest rental period is one year
- How much will it cost?
- The charge for a safe deposit box depends on its size. See our list
here. Remember to add in the refundable
- key deposit and any insurance above
the complimentary £25,000 cover
- When can I visit?
- You can visit whenever we are open, see here for
opening times. There are no visiting charges.
- What about insurance?
- Payment of the annual fee includes complimentary insurance cover of
£25,000. If you require extra cover
- arrange it yourself with your usual insurers, who will give you a
substantial discount for using a safe deposit box.
- What can I store?
- You can store whatever will fit into your box. We do not ask and do not
wish to know what you have in your box.
- HOWEVER, some items will place you in breach of agreement with us.

- These are such as explosive materials, banned drugs, weapons of any
description, toxic materials.& the like.
