Three people can be registered for a safe deposit box. This includes: two account holders and one nominee. You can get access individually or together. In all cases, each person requiring access to the safe deposit box will need to be registered with us. Guests are not allowed under any circumstances. Please read our third party access procedures.
Here is our procedure to sign up for a new safe deposit box.
Step 1. Setup an appointment.
Please contact us and setup an appointment to open a new locker. We do not offer any walk-in appointments.
Step 2. Choose a locker.
Our friendly customer service team can assist you in selecting a locker from our range of 14 different sizes.
Step 3. Verification process.
Each person on the account will need to bring with them the following piece of information to show proof of
- Proof of Photo ID (one of the following)
- Passport (Should be current and not expired)
- Driving license (Full British)
- Proof of address (one of the following of UK)
- Council Tax Statement for the current year
- Bank statement within the last three months
- Current Utility Bill within the last three months
- Driving License (Full British and if NOT shown as ID proof)
Step 4. Fill in the Application Form
You will need to fill out the form to complete the application for license agreement.
Step 5. We create an account.
An account is created within our secure system after the application form has been completed and the relevant documentation provided.
You will be photographed and a hand print taken for the Biometric ID card that will be issued to you.
A Pin number, chosen by and known only to you, will also be assigned to you
A unique high security key will be issued to you to securely access your safe deposit box.
