INSTRUCTIONS
Three people can be registered for a safe deposit box. One principal account holder and two nominees or two principal account holders and one nominee. Each person wanting to access the safe deposit box must be registered with us.
- Book an Appointment
You will need an appointment to open a new safe deposit locker rental account with us. Our friendly customer services staff will help and guide you through the application process during the appointment.
- Gather Documentary Evidence.
Once you choose a locker, each applicant (whether primary account holder or authorised user) will need to provide documentation for Proof of ID and Address. Read the full list of documents
- KYC Checks (Know Your Customer)
As a regulatory requirement we will carry out verification and background checks on all applicants.
- Sign the Contract
Once all KYC checks have been completed successfully, we will issue a legal contract with full Terms and Conditions for each applicant to sign.
- Fee Payments
Annual rental fees together with setup charges will then need to be paid.
- Locker Handover
Once all formalities have been completed each applicant will have their photo taken, biometric information recorded and be issued with an access card. We will issue you with Locker keys and our Staff will take each new locker holder through the procedure of clearing security and getting access to their locker.
